It is an RPG action game with an isometric shooter and melee combat fighting mechanics. The game was meant to recreate the setting of the old time-y sci fi movies back in the day that were hilariously low budgeted but all the more entertaining because of it. The game even has the option to turn the quality from DVD to VHS just to enhance the feel the game is trying to give off.
